What this is

Mental Massage is an AI encouragement tool. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or your local emergency number.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and sign up on our website. You're responsible for keeping your phone and account secure. Texting us never creates an account.

Plans and billing

• Try includes 5 resets over 7 days, with no card required.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Resets don't roll over between periods.
• Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Use Mental Massage for yourself. Don't upload a photo of someone without their permission, and don't use the service to create content that's harassing, deceptive or unlawful.

AI content

Resets are generated by AI and may occasionally be imperfect. Use your own judgment; don't rely on a reset for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Changes and limits

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
