Privacy

The short version

We never store or read the messages you text us. Each message is used once, in memory, to write your reset, then discarded. We keep only what we need to run your account.

What we keep

• Account details: your name, email, phone number and time zone.
• Your avatar choice or uploaded photo, stored privately.
• A short note you write about what you're working on, which you can edit or delete anytime.
• Usage: the date of each reset and how many you've used.
• Safety flags: the date and type of a safety check, never the words that triggered it.
• Your reset videos, stored privately and reachable only by your link for 30 days.
• Billing records, held by our payment processor. We never see your full card number.

What we never keep

• The text of any message you send.
• The script written for your reset.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers to run the service: text messaging, AI generation, hosting and payments. They process data only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can update your details, change your avatar, or delete your account from your account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, photo and videos.

We only text the number you verified. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
