How it works

When you text, AI writes a short, encouraging script from your message and the note you set up, then creates a video of your chosen avatar speaking it. Every reset is clearly AI-generated.

Safety first

• Every message is checked for signs of crisis before anything is generated.
• If a message suggests you may be in danger, we don't make a video. We reply with 988 and emergency resources instead.
• We record only that a safety check happened and its category, never your words.

What it won't do

• Diagnose, treat, or give medical, legal or financial advice.
• Pretend to be a real person you know.
• Use your messages to train AI models.

Your avatar

Upload only a photo you have the right to use. Avatars are used only to make your own private resets and are never shown to anyone else.
